You’ll make an impact by
•Be responsible for process evaluation, line layout design and setup, material plan (PFEP data maintain) , fixture & tool design, SOP compiling and training
负责产品工艺验证与维护，产线设计与布置，物料计划（PFEP数据维护），工夹模设计与制做，作业指导书的编制与员工培训
•Design and optimize production systems specifically for switchgear / VCB manufacturing, advance automation and digitization to ensure the efficiency of the production process.
设计和优化专用于开关柜/ 断路器制造的生产系统，推进自动化数字化，确保生产流程的高效性。
•DFM review and analysis , suggestion to R&D for optimization
会同研发部门进行产品可制造性提升与优化
•Lead cross-departmental teams to solve complex production challenges and technical issues.
领导跨部门团队，解决复杂的生产挑战和技术难题。
•Lead or participate in efficiency optimization and quality improvement, and deepen the application of industrial engineering and lean production methods.
主导或者参与各类效率优化和质量提升的事务，深化工业工程和精益生产方法的运用。
•Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。
Your defining qualities
•Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering or related.
本科或以上学历，工程类及相关专业。
•At least 5-7 years of advanced engineering experience in switchgear or related electrical manufacturing.
至少5-7年在开关柜或相关电气制造领域的高级工程经验。
•Exceptional project management skills, excellent leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
卓越的项目管理能力，优秀的领导和团队合作技巧。
•Proficient in IE method, lean methodology and tools, and etc.
熟练运用工业工程手法，精益生产方法与工具等。
•Fast-learner, willing to take challenge, and ability to make decisions and solve complex problems in a high-pressure environment.

•IT tools as Auto CAD, 3D engineering software, Microsoft office, and etc. is must, Teamcenter, NX, Technomatix, low-code software will be preferred.
