Position Summary

The Stabilizer Multi-Skill Operator supports safe, reliable, and cost-effective production at stabilizer facilities in Loving, NM. This field-based, safety-sensitive role involves monitoring process conditions, maintaining equipment, and responding to issues to optimize performance in the Avalon, Bone Springs, and Wolfcamp formations.

What You Will Do

As a Stabilizer MSO, your daily responsibilities drive production excellence:

• Access remote well sites to monitor wells, maintain operating levels, pressures, and flow rates on separation equipment using automatic and manual controls.
• Inspect oil and gas wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and piping for leaks or issues, taking corrective actions.
• Gauge tanks to measure crude oil and water for sales, transfers, and accounting.
• Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift systems, flowing gas wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment.
• Start up, shut in, and test wells per procedures and production plans.
• Maintain chemical injection rates for equipment integrity and flow assurance.
• Enter production, operational, and measurement data into systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs, support Management of Change (MOC), and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs).
• Complete regulatory compliance, agency testing, and documentation for new wells and facilities.
