  • Lead dimensional performance of vehicles throughout the product lifecycle, from design to production.
  • Drive PQ build objectives for fit & finish of final vehicles, ensuring craftsmanship excellence.
  • Manage internal and external dimensional KPIs including G&F, PIST, BIW PIST, Cp/Cpk, 3MIS, PDI, and CQI.
  • Develop and maintain lists of critical product and process characteristics, controlling geometry in vehicle builds.
  • Create and sustain the Dimensional Control Plan for critical assemblies to produce high-quality results.
  • Support validation processes for body geometry and lead proactive variation reduction in body shop operations (target Cp/Cpk > 1.33).
  • Review supplier parts rigorously to eliminate dimensional build issues at the source.
  • Own and maintain Geo fixtures, Cubes, Ring gauges, and PCFs for precise measurements.
  • Lead interior and exterior dimensional validation using advanced gauging methods.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify special and common cause problems, recommending optimal gauging strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional root cause analysis for plant dimensional issues, launch support, and supplier corrective actions.
