Datadog is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - RUM Platform to join our Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) pillar in Madrid, Spain or Paris, France. This is a foundational role where you'll lead engineering efforts for our Real User Monitoring (RUM) platform, enabling scalable integrations across session replay, error tracking, feature flags, and product analytics. As the first dedicated Staff Engineer, you'll shape the technical vision, drive architectural convergence, and unlock innovation across Datadog's observability products.
