Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Architect and implement the world-class experimentation engine behind Datadog Experiments, supporting advanced methods like sequential testing, CUPED, and variance reduction.
• Develop feature flagging infrastructure integrated with Datadog's cloud observability platform for real-time deployments.
• Bring statistical rigor to experiment analysis at scale through diagnostics, guardrails, and safe shipping practices.
• Translate complex statistical methods into robust, production-ready systems that handle millions of events.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to influence both daily execution and long-term product vision.
• Educate Datadog engineers, leaders, and enterprise customers on statistical best practices, experiment design, and practical inference.
• Define standards and frameworks to ensure experimentation at Datadog is trustworthy and scalable.
• Enable root-cause analysis across product, data, and developer workflows using advanced statistical tooling.
• Build AI-powered experimentation capabilities for modern cloud-native applications and DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Salary & Benefits
