Key Responsibilities at Rivian

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you'll lead critical aspects of Rivian Electric Power Conversion projects:

• Drive end-to-end design, development, release, and validation of EPC electrical hardware projects with strong independent judgment.
• Serve as primary liaison between electrical hardware team and cross-functional partners for program alignment and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate to establish high-level timelines, milestones, MRDs, validation plans, and industrialization support.
• Spearhead in-house PCBA designs and assemblies, adhering to quality and performance standards.
• Own BOM release and component sourcing with supply chain, tracking long-lead parts and tool orders.
• Lead engineering releases, manage prototype builds, and oversee production start-up with issue resolution.
• Manage OK2X product development process and coordinate with contract manufacturers for timely delivery.
• Track and report DV and PV activities, budgets, and implement JIRA-based issue tracking for continuous improvement.
• Interface with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain for cohesive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years automotive program management experience (preferred).

Salary & Benefits
