• Troubleshoot bespoke test beds, resolving issues with devices under test to maintain testing momentum.
• Drive continuous improvement within the department, optimizing processes and facility capabilities for future scalability.
• Perform automated post-processing and quality checks, delivering actionable feedback to test requesters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience in relevant testing or development.
• Expertise in electric axles and drivetrains, with proven testing or development track record.

• Deep knowledge of CAN and CAN FD protocols, including creating .DBC and FIBEX database files.
• Preferred: Experience with Veristand, AVL PUMA/EMCON, or other dynamometer systems like REPS or STARS/SPARC.
