Key Responsibilities at Rivian

• Lead end-to-end ESS validation from concept to post-SOP support, aligning scope, timing, and risk across all phases.

• Orchestrate complex testing at pack, module, and system levels—durability, cycle life, shock/vibration, thermal, safety/abuse, and FuSa.
• Build and maintain dashboards for burn-up tracking, schedule risk, SDVP health, and data completeness.
• Audit DVP coverage to ensure all requirements are testable and progress is accurately reported.
• Manage issue triage, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention.
• Leverage data and CAE models to optimize test design and reconcile simulation vs. real-world outcomes.

Expect to mentor junior engineers, standardize processes, and communicate crisply to leadership on status, risks, and tradeoffs—empowering data-driven decisions at every program gate.

Qualifications & Requirements
