JOB SUMMARY
The role is to design and manage end-to-end control process to ensure that relevant policies, procedure and standards are effectively implemented across Wealth Products in country. This role is also responsible for monitoring all Products sales process to comply with policies per Group requirements as well as local regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, assess, monitor, escalate and report operational risks from respective business scope to both business line managers and second line operational risk (OR) and group risk teams in a timely manner.
• Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct
• Ensure Satisfactory Audit Outcomes: Acts as the key business interface with internal and external Auditors.
• Develop and sustain a product sales compliance culture
• Ensure gaps are identified on Products sales policies and compliance.
• Collaborate with support functions to ensure a coherent, seamless delivery and strong overall governance.
• Review any responses to the auditor involving WS business
• Engage initial pre-fieldwork including review of draft Scope & ToR

• Country Wealth Solutions Business Heads and Teams
• Country Support Functions, e.g. GIA, Legal, CFCC, and OR
• Country External Regulators
• Country WRB COO family
• Group WS COO Office
Other Responsibilities
• Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Taiwan WS COO – WS governance
• Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
