JOB SUMMARY
• Job Description
Develop and implement the Priority CVP strategy to deliver new customer value propositions and products to customers to support growth.
• Analyse and report the product portfolio financial position and growth to understand and retain profitability levels and preserve liquidity levels.
• Develop and deliver Priority development and retention strategies and campaigns to communicate and sell new and improved retail products.
• Ensure that Priority segment and services comply with the relevant regulatory frameworks and local legislation.
• Provide periodic portfolio review and analyses on the priority portfolio, and specific campaigns with actionable insights
• Support Priority client communications as per strategy, working with WRB marketing and DB team
• Support Priority RMs and other related sales channels on training & development curriculum includingtraining programs, certification, performance assessment, rewards & recognition programs and career path
• Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with the distribution channels to ensure the delivery of those projects and associated products according to the agreed cost, time and quality objectives.

• Deliver portfolio insights to support management decision making
• Plan and ensure timely execution of Priority initiatives, campaigns, events, and activities, against pre-determined timelines and KPIs
• Client communication strategic planning and creation.
• Client communication scheduling and fulfillment
• Regularly communicate to sales teams and other relevant stakeholders important information to keep them up to date on CVP, campaigns, partnerships, merchant offers, events, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. Understanding and awareness of the WRB Priority Banking strategy in Vietnam appropriate to the role
Business
• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the business operates. Understanding and awareness of the Vietnam and global Affluent Banking. Ability to analyse and report the Priority portfolio demographic and financial position.
Processes
• Create portfolio improvements, enhancements and end-to-end processes and carry out portfolio maintenance to create competitive advantage but deliver within budget.
People & Talent
• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values in their work.
Risk Management
• Ability to identify and manage risks in the segment management and campaign management processes including but not limited to relevant regulations and group policies on Gifts & Entertainment, Anti-bribery and corruption, referrals management, personal data and privacy etc
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
