Job Description: 

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Provide accurate deal execution with internal and external counterparties for cash equities, SN and bonds.
•    Provide disciplined, high quality, accurate deals execution supports to frontline sales.
•    Provide internal training, market commentaries, and market update to frontline sales. 
•    Trouble shoot deals issues with counterparties, as well as ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
•    Be responsible for trust product selection, and trust product launch process to grow business 
•    Work with team members and Investment Strategy team to identify market trend and investment theme to develop product strategy.
•    Monitor the product risk and reduce the impact of systematic and non-systematic risk
•    Support on product related request by segment/front line/customers and operational related issues.
•    Fulfill regulatory/group/country requirement for product related issue
•    Analyze the reports to monitor AUM and sales volume of trust products.

Qualifications

•    3 years above experience in financial industries.
•    Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
•    Ability to analyse and interpret data for customer insights.
•    Good command of spoken and written English, and familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•    Qualification for Securities Specialist is required
