•    以電話聯繫方式，執行特定的專案與客戶外撥聯繫
•    根據本行既有客戶的名單，開發有意願客戶

達成每日通話時數和通話量、送件數、撥貸量的要求

•    達到每日通時通數的基本要求
•    達到公司要求的送件數及撥貸量
•    達到公司要求的名單聯絡率及成交率
