Job Summary

As a Director, Priority Private, you'll manage and grow relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic goals. You will deliver exceptional service with financial solutions while managing risk and compliance. You will also play a pivotal role in managing and growing our high-value customer base.

 

About Wealth and Retail Banking - Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves over 11 million clients in fast-growing markets. Our clients range from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net-worth clients via Private Bank. We use digital channels with a human touch to offer deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and personalised advice. We also support small business banking needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
  • Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent achievements in managing sales and / or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve compelling sales performance.
  • Ability to coach, inspire and mobilise Branch team members of various levels to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a service culture.
  • Interpersonal and complaint handling skills
  • Bank's product knowledge
  • ABM rules / Bank Negara FEA regulation
  • Minimum of Seven (7) years of progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
  • Possess the required licenses ie. PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC

Role Specific Technical Competencies

•    Microsoft

•    Bancassurance License
•    IPPC License
