Handle WRB HK Mortgage Credit Analyst process
Strategy
• Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.

• Consistent high-quality performance in work with emphasis on accuracy, TAT & productivity.
• Consistent high-quality service to customers (outside & within).
• To contribute to the greater increase in efficiency and the effectiveness of WRB HK Mortgage Credit Analyst
Processes
• Perform day-to-day operation according to DOI and relevant procedure within the risk and control framework.
• Execute and monitors workflow to ensure that processing/ documentation is delivered in accordance with required Standards.
• Contributing ideas for improvements of processes and procedures.
• Support and encourage others to practice in professional manner that reflect WRB HK Mortgage Credit Analyst's service quality.
• Completes work as assigned.
• Ensure to report line manager all irregular issues and potential risks at the first time.
• Fully support team cross support when need.
• Support CN / HK business according to business requirements and team arrangement.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency/accuracy standards and good business processes / judgment.
Key Measurables
• Achievement of 105% productivity on daily basis.
• Achievement of processing turnaround standard, no breach of SLA.
• Achievement of accuracy standard, on a monthly basis, no less than 80%.
• Achievement of a mix of 70% learning on-the-job, 20% learning from others and 10% formal learning. Meeting of performance objectives for self.
• Contributing ideas for improvement on processes, procedures.
• Update performance records and complete day end recon timely.
People & Talent
• Network internally with colleagues to solve issue and improve efficiency.
• Able to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly so that understood by the recipients.
• Understands that the action he/ she does has an impact on the customer directly or indirectly and be responsible/accountable for the actions undertaken.

Risk Management
• Understands what the various risks are and some of the mandatory actions that need to be performed.
• Escalates issues to senior management within parameters of role.
• Describes the fundamentals of operations risk.
• Take ownership for the identification of the risks and rectify as necessary depending on the circumstances.
• Money Laundering Prevention
• Responsible for any Money Laundering & Suspicious Transactions. Responsibilities also include the reporting of any suspicious transactions.
• Ensures that appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively.
• Staff should follow the code of conduct strictly, ensure the client information is secured and protected from leaking.
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
