財富管理交易作業專員 (專案管理 Projects and Lending ) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 負責專案管理相關工作，包括制定專案計畫、進度追蹤及資源分配。
2. 投資質押貸款服務及金融資產組合融資服務相關作業，確保這些服務的順利運行和合規性。
3. 具備會計基本知識，協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
4. 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。
5. 負責證券後段交割的相關作業，確保交易準確無誤。
6. 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴（如香港保銀）進行有效溝通，促進資訊流通。

1. 主導彙整專案進度，定期提供工作進度報告，協調各部門資源，以確保專案順利推進。
2. 管理和推動投資質押貸款及金融資產組合融資服務，確保操作的合規性和效率。
3. 撰寫並檢查相關財務及作業報告，確保資訊準確性。
4. 與會計部門協調，協助處理財務審核及合規要求。
5. 負責日常的文件管理及記錄，維護客戶資料的準確性與安全性。
6. 執行並監控證券交割流程，保證及時、正確的交易完成。

Qualification

1. 具備金融、會計或相關領域的學士或以上之學位。
2. 具備專案管理技能，能夠有效規劃、執行及監控專案進度。
3. 熟悉證券交割流程及相關政策法規，具有實務經驗者佳。
4. 優秀的英文溝通能力，能夠流利使用英文進行書寫與口頭交流。
5. 持有金融或會計相關專業證照（如 信託/證券/衍生性/內控）者優先考慮。
