Job Summary

We’re looking for a data-driven and analytical Risk Operations Apprentice to join our team. During a 12-month learning journey, you’ll learn from leaders, get involved in key projects across multiple teams, and build the skills to propel your career forward.  

Risk Operations involves the identification, assessment, management, and mitigation of risks that the bank may face in its operations. This function ensures that the bank operates within its risk appetite and complies with regulatory requirement and is part of our Technology and Operations function.

What you’ll be doing

As a Risk Operations Apprentice, you’ll be getting involved in the following:

• Supporting projects across Risk Operations and tracking results
• Consolidating reports and building dashboards for management reporting
• Generating insights and providing actionable recommendations for operational efficiency.

About the Apprenticeship Programme

During this learning journey, you will embark on two 6-month long rotations. You will be exposed to different projects and tasks, alongside structured training, mentorship and on-the-job learning. Through the programme, you’ll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which include:

Eligibility

We welcome graduates from all Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience. You’ll also:

• Have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore
• Have a keen interest in Banking and Finance industry
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have some exposure to data management
• Have some experience with BI, Tableau, and process design
• Have an understanding of data trends and translating these into actionable insights.
