Job Summary

•    Establish a robust mortgage business by fostering strong relationships with key referral partners, including property agencies, solicitors, and property developers
•    Consistently pursue and secure new opportunities by expanding your network and enhancing your professional connections to meet your objectives

Responsibilities

•    Identify business opportunities to expand the Corporate Partnerships network
•    Provide one-stop banking solutions that thoughtfully align clients with the most appropriate products and services
•    Promote mortgage offerings to support revenue growth from both existing and new clients through referral intermediaries
•    Organize localized promotions to enhance business activity
•    Consistently strive to meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
•    Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities by connecting clients with branches, other departments, or overseas offices to generate revenue
•    Proactively cross-sell the bank’s products and services by understanding and addressing client needs

Ideal candidate

•    Bachelor’s Degree or above
•    Licenses: IIQE 1, 2 & 3 would be an advantage
•    Languages: Cantonese, Mandarin and English
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Demonstrated strong sales capabilities with a proactive attitude
•    Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably with knowledge of retail banking products
•    Self-motivated with proficient time management skills
•    Comprehensive understanding of the financial industry and property market
