Job Summary

Strategy
•    Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role; 
•    Be able to share our business strategy with the team you are working with and make the decisions aligning with business vision.

Business
•    Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
•    Clear understanding the settlement business operation model and the validation process that our users are operating.

Processes
•    Responsible for executing and supervising the Budget process when you are involving into to project budgeting process.
•    Responsible for executing the development process following the SDLC standards.

Risk Management
The ability to interpret the operational process(trade control and settlement), identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

Key Responsibilities

Governance
Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of current application planform to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas; 

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Skills and Experience

•    Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a top tier university
•    More than 12 years of experience on software programming and full stack is preferred. 
•    20 + size team management experience. 
•    Product design skills & Marketing skills
•    Practical experience on AI implementation and good knowledge on LLM
•    Excellent in communicating and presenting technology topics in English
•    Understanding of financial market and FX, Money Market, FX Options, Rates Derivatives, Commodities domain.  
•    Practical experience on Microservice implementation and distribute system design 
•    Excellent in managing software life-cycling from requirement collection to delivery (CI,CD,CT,CM.)
•    Skilled in pattern design and analytical thinking
•    Ability to work in a variety of client settings and in a team orientated collaborative environment
•    Project management relate experience.
