Standard Chartered
The key job responsibilities will include:
• Discover PP client's legacy planning needs and provide holistic solution including family trust referral and consultation service;
• Deliver customer seminar;
• Conduct RM training, coaching and deep dive to enhance RM's legacy planning capability;
• Support segment team on daily routines
Strategy
• Support segment team on Priority Private CVP planning and onboarding.
• Enhance and refine the wealth financial planning model to meet client’s financial needs, especially legacy planning needs
• Collaborate with RMs to fulfil PP client’s legacy planning needs
Business
• Deliver customer seminar to raise client awareness of legacy planning
• Conduct RM training, coaching and deep dive to equip RM with sophisticated knowledge on financialplanning
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager in deepening and growing client relationships through identifying client’s needs and presenting relevant solutions to clients.
• Offer clients customized solution that meet their needs and risk profile
• Support distribution team to roll out family trust referral and consultation service
• Maintain a high level of expertise by working closely with internal and external product providers and partners
Processes
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute end to end process of family trust referral and consultation service, including but not limited to referral form sign off, family trust account set up, investment instruction hand over and ongoing maintenance.
Risk Management
• Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank;
• Be responsible for failure to follow relevant rules and processes, failure to properly perform the responsibilities, and implement corrections;
• Cooperate with any investigations or reviews on regulatory failure such as accountability review;
• Properly perform the duties on management and ensure the effectiveness of internal control;
• Be responsible for regulatory failure or risks arising from or in connection of the event over which the employee has the duties of management and/or leadership;
• Be responsible for significant losses due to failure of effectiveness of internal control;
Governance
• Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies;
• Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities;
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
