Standard Chartered
• Provide BAU support for Front Office applications used in Rates, Credit and FX trading.
• Contribute to the resolution of high severity incidents
• Engagement with Dev / BA / QA / Release Management / Trading / Sales to resolve key production impacting issues
• Escalate and follow up production issues to Dev/BA/QA teams
• Change coordination and implementation
• Problem Management
• Root Cause Analysis
• Participate in Disaster Recovery/BCM drills
• Performance/stability reviews/improvements
• Put forward ideas to improve automation and/or efficiency, and own through to implementation
• Adhere to Change Control and Fault Reporting Procedures
• Participate in weekend releases/on-call and public holiday support rota
• Monitor batch/EOD jobs
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience supporting financial markets application in an IT department.
• Ability to own and drive small/ad-hoc project work and deliver to its closure
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and analytical skills
• Self starter, able to self manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others.
• Good understanding in infrastructure setup, OS management, capacity review
• Good understanding in networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot and understand latency issues
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver.
