• Define and implement team strategy;
• Define metrics and KPI;
• Define team level OKR;
• Build up relationship with stakeholders and continuously extend our business coverage;
• Define and implement business engagement model;
• Define and maintain testing services catalogue;
• Oversee project portfolio and allocate resource efficiently;
• Oversee project engagement activities and ensure project delivery;
• Build up and continuously improve the processes and procedure.

Processes
• Comply with procedures and standards;
• Identify improvement opportunities actively, share ideas with team, and act on improvements;
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on solution design, coding standard, etc.;
• Contribute in test automation framework and test pipeline development;
• Contribute to team knowledge base;
• Keep relevant documents up-to-date;
People & Talent
• Identify teammates’ need for help proactively and provide support as appropriate;
• Identify training needs and deliver training;
• Coach junior staffs;
• Provide in-time feedback to colleagues;
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of colleagues and coach them how to perform;
Risk Management
• Identify and report risks / issues proactively;
• Actively solve the problems that occurred;
Governance
• Ensure assigned tasks (including non-project related) are completed timely and with high quality;
• Cover/back up lower band level activities whenever needed;
• Update activity progress to related stakeholders timely, and voice out promptly, if any problems;
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] *
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
