RESUME AND JOB
Standard Chartered
• As a Resilience SME focused on CCIB Technology Resilience in one of the leading Global Banks, you will closely work with the domain resilience leads on resilience planning and improve the resilience posture for that domain. This will include performing end to end resilience assessments for the critical applications and having a thorough understanding of resilience design, operational and service management processes, technical architecture, data resilience and testing activities. Your primary objective is to help drive the CCIB Technology Resilience agenda forward by providing able support to the design reviews conducted by the TTO Architecture team against the Resilience standards.
Strategy
• Set up tactical and strategic posture for Chaos Engineering within TB Cash. Ensure governance is in place to remediate defect findings.
Business
• Engage with business for Operational resilience activities as they come up from time to time.
Processes
• Align with eSDLC processes and define new process recommendations as necessary
People & Talent
• DB queries, Performance Testing, ITIL concepts, architecture understanding, experience with Production support and architectural forums
Governance
• Set up governance on Chaos experiments and defects identified as well as remediation plans. Plan, measure and improve KPIs
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead the Chaos Engineering Team in TB Cash to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Production Stability view, Customer mindset
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
