Role Overview

As Responsable Développement Enseigne (Store Development Manager) on a CDD contract until June 30, 2026, based in Colombes, France, you will partner with key GMS accounts to optimize sales of PepsiCo's product ranges. Working in tandem with key account managers, you will leverage assortment, visibility, merchandising, and trade marketing to drive category growth. This business-oriented role demands expertise in client relations, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations to enhance performance for both clients and PepsiCo brands.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship and Category Strategy

Manage ongoing relationships with client marketing and category management teams. Orient category strategies through cross-functional studies and analyses, presenting recommendations internally and constructing compelling 'selling stories' for categories.

Data Analysis and Opportunity Identification

Analyze category data, competitor performance, and PepsiCo France metrics to pinpoint opportunities and issues. Propose tailored solutions to improve client and brand performance.

Assortment and Merchandising Development

Recommend assortments and client-specific strategies to significantly increase volumes. Determine, recommend, and develop appropriate merchandising plans, ensuring implementation of agreed business plans.

Market Expertise and Proactivity

Develop deep market expertise, anticipate client needs, and act as a proactive force for PepsiCo's growth and category expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you need at least 5-6 years of professional experience, ideally including field sales (e.g., sector manager) and headquarters roles in category management, trade marketing, or marketing. Knowledge of the GMS (Grandes Surfaces de Distribution) circuit is essential.
