Role Overview

The Strategic Advisory Services Senior Consultant (Remote) role at CrowdStrike places you at the heart of proactive cybersecurity engagements. In this position, you'll assist customers in enhancing their security programs, educating employees, and developing tailored cyber initiatives. As a primary contributor to engagement delivery, you'll focus on task-oriented activities, reporting, and supporting leadership to ensure projects meet the highest standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements, engaging management-level individuals across diverse industry segments.
• Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively to mature organizational security postures before incidents occur.
• Develop cutting-edge scenarios to exercise the full range of customer response capabilities.
• Produce and ensure delivery of high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
• Identify and address emerging cybersecurity trends from government and private sector perspectives.
• Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams, enhancing CrowdStrike's methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Successful candidates bring 4-10 years of experience in at least one of these areas:

• IT/Security Management Consulting: Leadership positions owning executive relationships, tackling infosec and IT issues including technical controls, architectures, and operational alignment like cyber policy review.
• Security Program Development: Hands-on contributions to building, enhancing, or recalibrating security programs, including SOCs, CSIRTs, Fusion Centers, or centralized security initiatives.
• Security Analysis/Operations: Leadership in SOCs, IR teams, or similar, with practitioner knowledge and skills to communicate results to senior leaders.
• Business Strategy/Risk Analysis: Experience developing organizational risk frameworks and applying them to cyber risks.
• Cybersecurity Policy: Responsibility for creating or enhancing policies guiding cyber security management in private or government organizations.

Additionally, you must be self-motivated, adept at independent and team work, and equipped with excellent communication and writing skills. Staying ahead of cyber breaches and helping organizations improve maturity is key.
