• Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
• Proven leadership in executive relationships, infosec/IT issues, SOC/CSIRT development, or risk frameworks.
• Strong practitioner knowledge of cybersecurity, with skills in consolidating results for senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, writing, and self-motivation; comfort working independently and in teams.
