Skills Required
- Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) for Data Analysis & Reportingintermediate
- Knowledge of SAPintermediate
- Strong negotiation and analytical skillsintermediate

- Knowledge of Contracts and Risk Managementintermediate
- Knowledge of global sourcing and sustainability practicesintermediate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar) (experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in related fields (experience)
- Advanced level of written and spoken English (experience)
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends, identify new suppliers, and implement category/sourcing strategies for optimal cost/value
- Selecting, evaluating, developing and managing key suppliers to establish long-term, collaborative relationships
- Leading price/contract negotiations, managing risk, and securing favorable terms for complex components
- Analyzing spends and market trends to optimize procurement costs and driving cost savings through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies and value engineering
- Supporting digital transformation within procurement and leverage digital tools and AI usage for efficiency
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, Order Processing and similar
- Proactively identifying supply chain risks and ensuring all procurement practices strictly meet safety, environmental, company policies and legal requirements
