Strategic Student Program (SSP) – Account Development - Intern

We’re currently recruiting students for our Mexico Strategic Student Program. Our intern positions will allow you to find a career path that most inspires you. Here, you will apply your education to solve real-world problems and turn theory into practice. At Siemens, our goal is to empower our students to become the next leaders of our company.

The primary goal for the Sales & Business Development team intern is to support the team on new account research, prospection and outreach to potential clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Research and analyze target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and map potential opportunities.
  • Demand Generation: Craft compelling messages to capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Outbound engagement: Make cold calls and initiate conversations with prospects about digital transformation.
  • Initial Stage of the Process: Your primary goal will be to generate interest and create the first connection with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Being an active university student with a graduation date from December 2026 to June 2027
  • Availability to work Half-time
  • English language – advanced proficiency
  • Hybrid – Mexico City
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Proactivity.
  • Openness to learning and asking for help.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Genuine interest in industrial digitalization.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback.
