This role is one of Individual contributor, part of the corporate Strategy team, working with the Head of Strategy and Sustainability, Siemens Ltd. India. You will drive multiple topics including developing / monitoring corporate Strategy, Strategic Program management, Knowledge creation and sustainability (small part) across the organization.

The different dimensions of the role include:
1. Market intelligence:

• As and when required, collate business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources
• and documenting and communicating its outline with leadership team of SIL
• Markets intelligence: Understanding market modeling and analyzing opportunity pockets, business wise
• Monitor industry trends and assessment of opportunities to identify future growth markets

• As project mission demands, develop and maintain required competitor profiles including SWOT and financial analysis
• Discuss and synchronize with Business/ BUs for selected competitors
• Publish monthly competitor analysis basis annual reports / MCA reports / Analyst reports

• Research and develop content for CEO presentations (e.g. Customer Meetings / Govt. interactions e.g. PMO meeting, Industry Association conferences, etc...)
• Create quarterly Board Meeting presentation
• Prepare internal presentations e.g. Townhalls, SIBC etc.
• Prepare information dossier for senior leadership such as MBM

Qualification / Experience / Skill Sets required

• Engineer / CA. MBA is an added advantage!
• ~ 08-10 years' work experience in business or corporate functions
• The deliverables of the role indirectly impact CEO’s image. Hence the candidate must possess a very strong result and quality orientation. This entails ability to draw a robust project plan, network with wide range of stakeholders – India and SAG
• The role entails a very strong ability to translate thoughts / ideas into a powerful visual that can be socialized across organization. Hence a prior experience in the area of strategy / business development will be an added advantage
• Strong growth mindset: Must possess to step out of comfort zone; willing to learn such domains they have not been hitherto exposed to
• Strong analytical ability and comprehension skills
• The role entails frequent meetings with executive management. The candidate must have a strong executive presence, compelling communication skills (Oral & written) and presentation skills
• Candidate should be hard working, needing to extend working hours when situation demands
• Very high order of trust and dependability. The position entails dealing with sensitive data on regular basis
