Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need 6+ years of strategy experience across internal and external roles, with top-tier consulting firm experience strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA strongly preferred. Seek highly analytical, motivated thought leaders with decisive managerial skills and a strategic mindset to refine questions and develop frameworks. Outstanding project management, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional verbal/written communication skills are crucial for influencing senior leaders and managing up.
