Stripe’s Global Sales Team is at the forefront of driving revenue and growth. Within Stripe, Sales proudly serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence, with direct influence on Stripe’s product roadmap and growth strategy.
As a Sales Manager, Enterprise at Stripe, you will play an instrumental role in fuelling Stripe’s growth through both new customer acquisition and customer retention. In this role you will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives on the team, helping them to develop their skills and deliver on their ambitious targets, as well as roll your sleeves up to work directly with customers specifically in technology industries. We are looking for a proactive leader who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, managing high-performing teams, turning metrics and quantitative analyses into actionable plans, and solving problems with limited oversight. Ideal candidates should also have experience scaling and managing a technology sales team, and possess first-class strategic, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
