Key Responsibilities

• Run workforce planning and career development activities for your accounting team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Hold team members to high standards, ensuring all work aligns with company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinate financial accounting controls to maintain the integrity of records and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with partners to establish and maintain accounting policies, standards, and processes in full compliance with GAAP and regulations.
• Develop and manage financial analysis and reporting, delivering actionable insights.
• Lead sophisticated projects that drive operational improvements and cost savings.
• Communicate key data and analysis effectively with senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Williams' mission in clean energy.

Required Qualifications

To succeed as an Accounting Supervisor at Williams, bring the following:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum six (6) years of multifaceted accounting experience, with previous team leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; safety as the utmost priority; deep understanding of accounting procedures and policies; proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
