Role Overview

The Supervisor, Credit position in Guaynabo, PR, is a leadership role within our Finance organization. Reporting to senior finance management, you will oversee credit risk for a portfolio of trade and notes receivables.   • Making credit decisions within authority limits for new and existing customer relationships.
  • Reducing risk on high-risk accounts, including coordination with inside and outside counsel.
  • Providing leadership to manage the accounts portfolio, supervising direct reports, and establishing goals.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to approve or deny credit requests efficiently.
  • Staying abreast of healthcare trends and their impact on customer financial health.
  • Supporting the Credit Team's Call Center and recommending enhancements to credit policies.

You will coordinate daily activities of operations staff, administer policies, and ensure compliance. Decisions directly affect work unit operations and customer satisfaction, with frequent interactions across management levels.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in credit, finance, or related fields (preferred).
  • Prior supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
  • Bilingual verbal and written skills in English and Spanish (required).
