As Supervisor, Customer Service Ops at Cardinal Health in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, you will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) dedicated to processing and fulfilling medical equipment orders. This full-time role demands strategic oversight to maintain high service levels, compliance with regulatory standards, and exceptional customer experiences. You will drive team performance, resolve complex issues, and collaborate across departments to support Cardinal Health's mission of enhancing patient outcomes through reliable service.
Your day-to-day impact includes managing workflows for efficient operations, monitoring inbound calls, queues, and KPIs such as abandonment rates, calls completed, and customer satisfaction scores. Provide hands-on coaching for team members handling client inquiries, benefit investigations, and patient financial barriers. Oversee staffing, schedules, and approvals while conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Engage directly with clients to report team metrics, address concerns, and assist with new account setups and order processing. Escalate issues to commercial teams or management as needed, and lead weekly team meetings to align on performance, training, and developments.
Ideal candidates bring 4-8 years of experience in customer service or operations, preferably in healthcare. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. At this level, you will coordinate daily activities of operations staff, administer policies, ensure guideline compliance, and make decisions impacting work unit operations and customers. Strong interaction skills with subordinates, customers, and peers are essential for information exchange and problem resolution.
