Role Overview

This full-time Supervisor role within Nike's City Retail Marketing team is based in Beijing, China Mainland. You'll act as an athlete* missionary, keeping the entrepreneurial spirit alive through scalable, personal relationships with athletes* across GBJ and Northwest China. Design and activate experiences that connect members to sport for life, while empowering store teams to build and engage communities. Collaborate with key counterparts in Marketing, Marketplace, RE, Account, and ND teams to deliver impactful retail marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Your scope will focus on high-impact initiatives:

• Drive inspiration, energy, and education for Firstline against seasonal City Marketing priorities impacting consumer experiences in assigned CFOPs.
• Create scalable solutions and broad-based tools to deliver consistent EKIN experiences across regions.
• Ignite running, fitness, and hoops store communities at scale, making athlete* dreams a reality.
• Deliver an integrated retail marketing toolkit to the CARE/ND team for athlete training, creating marketplace-wide impact.
• Build strong partnerships with GC EKIN/GC CFOP squad and Merch team, emphasizing seasonal opportunities, idea sharing, and feedback for process improvements.

• Marketplace: RE, Account, ND team including NSO and NSP

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, bring:

• Passion for sports or youth culture.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, channel, or retail marketing; multi-national company experience preferred.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Leadership experience with people management.
