Role Overview

  • Make tough decisions by weighing pros and cons, coaching subordinates in decision-making, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Build customer relationships, interpret needs, and leverage insights for innovative solutions.
  • Resolve routine problems using defined processes and brainstorm team solutions focused on operational excellence.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in a regulated environment (preferred).

  • Knowledge of reviewing and managing P&L statements.
  • Physical requirements: Frequent lifting of 50-75 lbs, manual dexterity for equipment operation, ability to see fine particulates and differentiate colors, clear English communication.
