  • Scheduling workforce for optimal receiving, replenishment, restock, and shipping efficiency.
  • Coordinating equipment maintenance, preventive measures, and repairs.
  • Engaging in employee development through training, coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals.
  • Interviewing and hiring for lead and associate roles; managing disciplinary processes.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports using Excel and maintaining accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
