Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll lead inbound warehouse operations to ensure seamless product flow from vendors to customers. Core duties include:

• Directing and motivating a team of 25 associates to achieve productivity standards, including cycle times, shortages, damaged units, and scan accuracy.
• Monitoring site metrics daily, weekly, and monthly; delivering timely feedback and initiating corrective actions.
• Adhering to budgets while meeting distribution center goals for quality and inventory control.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives such as Gemba walks, Kaizen workshops, and takt boards.
• Scheduling workforce for optimal receiving, replenishment, restock, and shipping efficiency.
• Coordinating equipment maintenance, preventive measures, and repairs.
• Engaging in employee development through training, coaching, counseling, and performance appraisals.
• Interviewing and hiring for lead and associate roles; managing disciplinary processes.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports using Excel and maintaining accurate timekeeping and attendance records.

Qualifications & Requirements
