Role Overview

As Supervisor, Operations Maintenance at Cardinal Health in Rayong, Thailand, you will lead a team of technical specialists and technicians to ensure seamless production machinery operations. This full-time role demands strong leadership to handle repairs, preventive maintenance, safety protocols, and cross-departmental coordination. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Coordinating and supervising repairs of production machinery, including shift breakdowns and performance monitoring.
• Assisting in machine modifications, improvement projects, and evaluations.
• Managing Machine Shop activities and the plant's technical drawing system.
• Collaborating with production for optimal machine utilization and output.
• Conducting team meetings to foster communication and relationships.
• Overseeing daily maintenance, lubrication, and checklist completeness for GMP compliance.
• Ensuring workplace safety, reporting accidents, investigating incidents, and enforcing disciplinary actions.
• Controlling costs, budgets, and leading engineering site improvement projects.
• Developing preventive maintenance plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this position, you need:

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a large manufacturing environment, preferably in rubber, polymers, or chemical industries; gloves or condom industry experience is a plus.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in native Thai and professional English (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally as a well-organized team player.
