Key Responsibilities

• Ensure team safety and enforce protocols for a secure environment.
• Supervise daily production activities, providing training and support.
• Monitor schedules, adjust workflows, and meet production deadlines.
• Implement quality controls and process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Maintain detailed records of output, downtime, and issues.

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business.
• 3-5 years in production/manufacturing; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with production equipment, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
