Role Overview

As the Supplier Reconciliations Manager at PepsiCo in Voronezh, Russia, you will lead the department responsible for accurate reconciliations with suppliers, ensuring seamless financial operations in our food and beverage supply chain. This full-time role reports to senior finance leadership and involves managing a team, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with Russian regulations, GAAP principles, and internal SOX controls. Key Impact Areas

You'll drive efficiency in supplier settlements, especially in complex factoring scenarios, while integrating with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, and Image Vision. This position offers exposure to international standards and opportunities to shape KPIs for service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing and coordinating reconciliation regulations and procedures with suppliers and multiple parties in factoring arrangements.
• Planning and monitoring the annual reconciliation schedule.
• Consulting contract owners on resolving payment discrepancies.
• Ensuring all agreed corrections are reflected in SAP.
• Continuously improving and simplifying reconciliation processes.
• Enforcing Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance across business units.
• Tracking legislative changes affecting mutual settlements.
• Organizing and supervising team performance with monthly quality audits using checklists.
• Analyzing errors in documents and deciding on corrective actions.
• Contributing to accounting process innovations and testing in SAP, Ariba, and Image Vision.
• Creating and adapting instructions for supplier accounts payable.
• Forming and monitoring KPIs for supplier accounting SLAs.
• Adhering to internal policies, SOX controls, and performing show-me/tell-me procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Proficiency in English for working with documents.
• Over 4 years of experience in finance at a manufacturing company.
• Expertise in supplier reconciliations and accountable persons' settlements.
• At least 1.5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Russian accounting standards, legislation, managerial accounting, GAAP, ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Office, and analytical mindset.

Preferred Experience

Prior work in food & beverage or production environments, with hands-on SAP usage, will set you apart.
