Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be a vital part of New Product Development (NPD) teams, advocating for supply chain activities from design to launch. Reporting to Program Management, you'll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while minimizing costs and maximizing service. Collaborate with external suppliers (domestic and international), internal manufacturing, and cross-functional teams. This full-time, mid-level role demands analytical prowess, adaptability, and a drive for results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage parts from business award through launch, targeting 95%+ on-time, on-budget performance.
• Achieve NPD goals including launch dates, start-up costs, contribution margins, delivery, quality, and volume.
• Meet supply chain metrics: on-time delivery, PPAP submissions, costs, and more.
• Minimize costs by maintaining quotes, adhering to MOQs, and mitigating E&O and air freight risks.
• Drive continuous improvements in metrics, costs, cycle times, and efficiencies.
• Execute accurate, timely material setup and maintenance.
• Manage purchase orders: issue tooling/PPAP/direct materials POs, update pricing/quantities, resolve discrepancies.
• Hold suppliers accountable for delivery, pricing, quality, and MOQs.
• Problem-solve collaboratively amid plan changes.
• Communicate effectively with NPD/SC teams, operations, and vendors, including off-hour calls with overseas partners.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years in supply chain or NPD, or equivalent experience. Key traits include:
