  • Logistics Optimization: Combine shipments, create filler orders for FTL efficiency, and align with customers on extras.
  • Stock & Credit Checks: Perform availability checks, conduct credit validations, and communicate out-of-stock exceptions proactively.
  • Delivery Creation & Follow-Up: Build final delivery details, track with 3PL/transport providers, and close unconfirmed orders.
  • Returns Management: Handle return deliveries for errors, damages, or health issues, coordinating pickups and resolutions.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Act as SPOC in daily DACH BU meetings, prepare weekly/monthly KPIs, facilitate between call centers and departments via various channels.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis, implement business actions, and support team efficiency.
