Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Key Client Development Project Manager at PepsiCo in Moscow on Leningradsky Prospekt, you will lead strategic initiatives with major retail clients to optimize supply chain performance. This role focuses on enhancing on-shelf availability (OSA), implementing Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), and driving joint projects for inventory efficiency. Reporting to the supply chain leadership, you will bridge client needs with PepsiCo's internal operations, leveraging data analytics to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of critical supply chain collaboration projects:

• Drive OSA improvements by analyzing client sales, inventory, and auto-order data to identify root causes of stockouts, propose hypotheses via models, and establish joint management with clients.
• Implement CPFR processes, including building sales out (SO) and sales in (SI) forecasts from client data and trends, reviewing deviations, and integrating into PepsiCo's Sales & Operations Planning (SOP).
• Lead comprehensive joint projects to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs across the supply chain.
• Maintain productive client relationships through effective communication between client teams and PepsiCo supply chain functions, ensuring timely plan development and data consistency.
• Analyze logistics from regional centers to trade points, pinpoint bottlenecks, evaluate auto-order settings, planograms, and shelf space adequacy.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you need a blend of analytical prowess and business acumen:

• Proven experience in big data analysis, customer collaboration, implant roles, or demand planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in advanced techniques, including programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data modeling and analysis.
• Deep understanding of OSA and fill rate (FA) enhancement strategies.
• Knowledge of order management processes and client-side forecasting improvements.
• Strong negotiation, presentation skills, and the ability to defend positions assertively.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+ level).
• Familiarity with the dynamic FMCG market, supply chains, and customer service best practices.

A bachelor's degree in supply chain, data science, business, or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
