Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing talent, including direct reports and Team Supervisors.
  • Building effective HR plans for salaried and frontline employees using tools like PDR, SCCA, and ACE.
  • Providing visible safety leadership on the shop floor to influence culture proactively.
  • Collaborating with PIE and Department Manager on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate losses in safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and productivity as Scrum Master for department Agile teams.
  • Owning the hourly capability agenda, including tools, training, processes, and systems.
  • Mentoring Lead Hand/Utility/Generalist roles and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fostering innovation launches and ensuring consistent process execution site-wide.
