Key Responsibilities

As Supply Chain Leader, you'll set the strategic agenda for best-in-class execution across the site. Key duties include:

• Coaching and developing talent, including direct reports and Team Supervisors.
• Building effective HR plans for salaried and frontline employees using tools like PDR, SCCA, and ACE.
• Providing visible safety leadership on the shop floor to influence culture proactively.
• Collaborating with PIE and Department Manager on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate losses in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Driving the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and productivity as Scrum Master for department Agile teams.
• Owning the hourly capability agenda, including tools, training, processes, and systems.
• Mentoring Lead Hand/Utility/Generalist roles and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fostering innovation launches and ensuring consistent process execution site-wide.

Daily Impact

Expect to engage frontline teams regularly, communicate business goals, and adapt to rotating shifts, including off-shift support as needed. Your process-driven approach will prioritize interdependencies, data analytics, and bold decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience in frontline operations (Manufacturing, QA, Planning). Key qualifications include:

• Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and think outside the box.
• Change management experience in large organizations.
• Agile training with sprint-focused expertise.
• Strong leadership to influence decisions and manage multiple projects independently.
• Expertise in data analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Comfort with ambiguity, tough decisions, and professional communication.

Preferred Experience

Functional knowledge in operations, scrum mastery, and labour strategy execution is essential. Rotating shift availability and on-floor presence are required.
