The Supply Chain Leadership Degree Apprenticeship Programme at PepsiCo, starting September 2026 in Reading, UK, is designed for talented individuals ready to launch a dynamic career. Spend 80% of your time gaining real-world experience in supply chain functions like data analysis, forecasting, and collaboration with commercial teams, and 20% studying online towards a BSc in Supply Chain Management (Professional Practice) from Aston University. Enjoy block releases for in-person sessions, with PepsiCo covering all travel and accommodation. Over four years, progress from foundational principles to leading live projects, earning a full UK bachelor's degree and professional body membership.

Programme Structure

Year 1: Master supply chain basics including finance, operations, planning, forecasting, and demand management.
