Position Summary

As Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor in Thessaloniki, Greece, you will lead daily logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring seamless material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries. Reporting to the Plant Manager and Supply Chain Director SOUTH & CEE, this role demands strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass managing imports/exports documentation, customs interactions, and warehouse operations for Finished Goods, T/P, Components, Side Stripe, and Copper. Key tasks include coordinating FLTs drivers, temps, haulers, and external warehouses; planning dispatches and deliveries; monitoring stock levels and OTIF performance; ensuring EHS compliance; handling production planning, JDE system coordination, contract negotiations for materials and services; and acting as Systems Internal Auditor for ISO, EHS, FSSC, and SARBOX standards. You will drive efficiency through daily work orders, inventory rolling, slow-moving stock actions, and collaboration with sales and production teams.

Supply Chain Planning Expertise

Lead T/P and INTRAGROUP planning, create JDE codes and ORs, monitor PSI, ensure product traceability, and contribute to AOP/IBP processes for optimal supply chain performance.

Required Qualifications

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field, plus 3-5 years of experience including supervisory roles. Proficiency in English, MS Office, and ERP systems (JDE) is essential, alongside strong inventory/logistics knowledge, problem-solving, and team leadership. Mobility for travel and fulfilled military service (for males) are required.
