• Generating end-of-day reports to ensure all orders are clean and accurate.
• Booking deliveries through customer portals, phone calls for goods-in confirmations, or emails, followed by SAP input.
• Performing order cleansing by managing network exceptions, resolving internal operational issues, and advising internal and external customers.
• Supporting training and onboarding of new associates to maintain team efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
