• Managing customer queries related to deliveries, shortages, credit control (CC), transport, commercial issues, finance, traffic planning, and third-party logistics (3PL).
• Handling order failures through reprocessing, cancellations, and clear communications with customers, transport providers, and CC teams.
• Responding to 24/7 internal and external queries via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom chats.
• Generating end-of-day reports to ensure all orders are clean and accurate.
• Booking deliveries through customer portals, phone, or email, followed by SAP input.
• Performing order cleansing and managing network exceptions by resolving internal issues and advising customers.
• Training and onboarding new associates to maintain team efficiency.
