This full-time position involves managing the procurement and production scheduling for commercial products manufactured at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). You will process ERP adjustments for production changes, establish batch lead times to meet release dates, and update systems with production and material data. Verifying API issuances against batch records for GxP lot tracing, coordinating shipments with Global Logistics, and reconciling inventories between Gilead and CMOs are essential. Additionally, you will investigate discrepancies, support SOX audits, identify potential write-offs with finance, resolve accounts receivable issues, and develop performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
To succeed as a Supply Chain Specialist IV at Gilead, candidates need a BS or BA with 4+ years of relevant experience in a related field, or an MS with 2+ years. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with advanced planning systems like SAP-ERP is highly desired.
