Role Overview

The Supply Network Planning Senior Analyst at PepsiCo in New Cairo, Egypt, is a pivotal leadership role overseeing Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) across three business units in the Europe market. This position ensures optimal product availability while balancing inventory, service levels, and costs. You will lead run-to-standard execution, comply with JDA planning processes, translate demand into actionable distribution plans, and manage a team of 12+ full-time equivalents (FTEs). As the key connector between business units, you will foster cross-functional alignment, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive end-to-end supply network planning excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and optimizing DRP plans to guarantee timely replenishment and achieve aggressive business unit service level targets across the distribution network.
  • Translating demand plans into executable distribution requirements, fully aligned with supply, logistics, and capacity constraints.
  • Optimizing inventory health by managing service levels, days on hand (DOH), aging inventory, and obsolescence risks.
  • Proactively identifying distribution and inventory risks, then leading mitigation actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Leading and coaching a DRP team of 12+ FTEs in a matrix structure, focusing on performance enhancement and capability building.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Spearheading process improvement initiatives to standardize DRP practices, boost efficiency, and enhance system adoption.
  • Driving governance, change management, and optimization of advanced planning systems like SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, or similar tools.

Qualifications & Requirements
