The Supply Network Planning Senior Analyst at PepsiCo in New Cairo, Egypt, is a pivotal leadership role overseeing Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) across three business units in the Europe market. This position ensures optimal product availability while balancing inventory, service levels, and costs. You will lead run-to-standard execution, comply with JDA planning processes, translate demand into actionable distribution plans, and manage a team of 12+ full-time equivalents (FTEs). As the key connector between business units, you will foster cross-functional alignment, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles.
