Role Overview

The Supply Planner (Temp) position at PepsiCo's Burgos plant is an exciting entry point for professionals eager to build their career in supply chain management. Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Planner, your core duties will focus on maintaining stock availability and optimizing inventory levels:

• Conduct daily activities to monitor supply plans against forecasts, enabling DCs and distributors to ship goods efficiently to customers.
• Ensure optimal stock positioning across the network to meet demand without excess.
• Track Days of Hand (DOH) inventory against targets; develop and execute action plans for any deviations.
• Monitor stock progression through supply processes, addressing issues like stock outs, low stock, high stock, obsolete stock, and process exceptions.
• Proactively avoid obsoletes by executing targeted plans.
• Set up and maintain key parameters in DRP planning systems such as SAP and JDA.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics including Stock Transfer Orders (STO), DOH, and obsoletes.
• Identify, review, and resolve exceptions in DRP parameters at various levels, performing in-depth root cause analysis to ensure system data reliability.
• Collaborate closely with category supply planners, business unit demand planners, DC managers, and central warehouse logistics teams for seamless alignment.
• Serve as backup for other planners and support DRP improvement projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Engineering, Economic Sciences, or a related field.
