  • Monitor stock progression through supply processes, addressing issues like stock outs, low stock, high stock, obsolete stock, and process exceptions.
  • Proactively avoid obsoletes by executing targeted plans.
  • Set up and maintain key parameters in DRP planning systems such as SAP and JDA.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics including Stock Transfer Orders (STO), DOH, and obsoletes.
  • Identify, review, and resolve exceptions in DRP parameters at various levels, performing in-depth root cause analysis to ensure system data reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with category supply planners, business unit demand planners, DC managers, and central warehouse logistics teams for seamless alignment.
  • Serve as backup for other planners and support DRP improvement projects.
